Complete with over 100 of the world’s best spirits and liqueurs, our extensive cocktail menu is popular not only with locals but also with national and international visitors as well, and many a ‘sundown’ is spent on the veranda at Vivo, gazing out to the Coral Sea, sipping slowly on a tropical delight.

Sassicaia is widely regarded as the leading wine in the so-called group of 'Super Tuscans'. The 2003 is an intense and deep ruby colour. Very elegant and complex on the nose, with scents of red fruits. Strong, concentrated, with sweet and balanced tannins on the palate. Very long finish.
